Nov. 19: Progress Energy Great American Teach-In.
Nov. 24: District training day. Schools closed for students.
Nov. 25: District training day. Schools closed for students.
Nov. 26-28: Thanksgiving holidays. Schools closed.
Dec. 22 to Jan. 2: Winter holidays. Schools closed.
Jan. 5: Schools reopen.
Jan. 16: Professional development day. Schools closed for students.
Jan. 16: First semester ends.
Jan. 19: Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Schools closed.
Jan. 20: Second semester begins.
