• The ChairScholars Rock Festival is 1-6 p.m. Saturday at the ChairScholars Foundation headquarters, 16101 Carencia Lane, Odessa. The foundation will award 47 scholarships (30 to Tampa Bay area students and 17 to students from throughout the United States) to students with physical disabilities at the festival, hosted by NFL legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer Lee Roy Selmon.
