Eyes on the street for safety, kids

Hillsborough County school superintendent MaryEllen Elia tries to spread the word on pedestrian safety Wednesday. Crossing guard Henrietta Wilson helps students walk across the street while the superintendent talks to Foster Elementary School students Nicaila Lake and Marquee Clark on their walk home from school. Elia gave the students pedestrian safety materials. Her visit was part of an effort to educate students about pedestrian safety across the district.
