Hardships overcome: I moved around my entire life, jumping from school to school because my father is in the Army. It motivated me to do my best wherever I was.

Clubs/extracurricular activities: Future Business Leaders of America, Film Club, Junior Achievement, Boys State, Homecoming Court.
How would you improve your school or education in general? Focus on keeping students in school and providing more opportunities to students for higher education through scholarships — more help with the application process, etc.
How has the state of the economy impacted your education and perhaps your choices about your future? It has affected me mostly by cutting many extracurricular programs, which in turn, makes it harder to get into college. It's also becoming increasingly more difficult to pay for college.
Sage advice for the up and coming? Stay focused. It's easy to lose sight of your goals, but you must stay on track to ensure your own happiness in the future.
One thing you wish you did in high school but didn't: I don't regret a thing.

Clubs/extracurricular activities: National Honor Society, Class Council, President's List at Pasco-Hernando Community College, Phi Theta Kappa, varsity football, wrestling and weight-lifting. Employed at Paradise Fiberglass Pools Inc.
How would you improve your school or education in general? Have the administrators get involved with each and every student.
How has the state of the economy impacted your education and perhaps your choices about your future? With budget cuts you have to work harder to receive financial help to attend college.
Sage advice for the up and coming? Try to achieve all you can though high school, and don't let the years slip by you.
One thing you wish you did in high school but didn't: Said "thank you" more often to my Mom for all of her dedication and support in my academics.
