Many Pinellas schools mark graduation on home fields

Three Pinellas high schools will host graduations this year at Tropicana Field, two will go to Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, and three will be at the Sun Dome.

But the most popular venue seems to be a school's home turf. Here's the lineup for this year's celebrations, which begin June 2.

• Bayside High: 11 a.m. June 4, Bayside High.

• Boca Ciega High: 4 p.m. June 3, Tropicana Field.

• Clearwater High: 7:30 p.m. June 4, Bright House Networks Field.

• Countryside High: 6 p.m. June 4, USF Sun Dome.

• Dixie Hollins High: 7:30 p.m. June 3, Tropicana Field.

• Dunedin High: 9 a.m. June 4, Ruth Eckerd Hall.

• East Lake High: 10 a.m. June 4, USF Sun Dome.

• Gibbs High: 7 p.m. June 2, Tropicana Field.

• Lakewood High: 7 p.m. June 4, Spartan Stadium.

• Largo High: 8 a.m. June 5, Packer Stadium.

• Nina Harris Exceptional Student Education Center: 6:30 p.m. June 2, Nina Harris.

• Northeast High: 8 a.m. June 4, John M. Sexton Stadium.

• Osceola High: 9 a.m. June 4, Bright House Networks Field.

• Palm Harbor University High: 2 p.m. June 4, USF Sun Dome.

• Paul B. Stephens Exceptional Student Education Center: 7 p.m. June 2, Paul B. Stephens.

• Pinellas Park High: 2 p.m. June 4, Ruth Eckerd Hall.

• Seminole High: 7:30 p.m. June 3, Bright House Networks Field.

• St. Petersburg High: 8 p.m. June 4, Stewart Field.

• St. Petersburg Collegiate High: 7 p.m. May 2, Palladium Theater

    The murder of a St. Petersburg man will be featured this week on a new true crime series Murder Calls on Investigation Discovery.

    Jose Adame sits in a Pinellas County courtroom during his 2016 trial and conviction for first-degree murder. Adame was convicted of first-degree murder last year for torturing and then executing his boyfriend as he pleaded for his life in 2011.
