Kids n' Art Show, featuring the work of Pasco County elementary and middle school students, is on display through Wednesday at the Pasco Arts Council, 5744 Moog Road in Holiday.

• The Downtown New Port Richey Art Gallery will hold its KIDSZONE Summer Art Series for Children during June and July. Seating is limited. Early reservation is encouraged. Library note

• Hate prom? Don't have a date? The Land O'Lakes Library hosts the Seventh Annual Anti Prom for youth ages 11 to 18 at 7 p.m. today at the library, 2818 Collier Parkway. There will be a professional DJ and refreshments free of charge. A $5 donation to the Friends of the Library allows admission to the VIP room with free pizza, soda and video games.     Authorities have identified a bank robbery suspect fatally shot by Hernando County sheriff's deputies after a wild chase Friday in which the fleeing suspect rammed several patrol cars in Brooksville.

    Scott Michael Chamberlain, 44, died after a deputy-involved shooting Friday. The Hernando County Sheriff's Office said that Chamberlaine attempted to rob a bank before taking deputies on a pursuit. (Florida Department of Corrections)
