The Centennial Middle School agriculture department is raising tilapia in the classroom and selling the byproduct: fish emulsion, or "FOOP." FOOP is a 100 percent organic liquid made from fish. • Take in a Rays game during Pasco Education Foundation Rays Day at 1:40 p.m. Sept. 26, when the team takes on the Seattle Mariners. All ticket purchases enter into a drawing to win a B.J. Upton autographed baseball. The first 10,000 kids 14 and younger get a Rays recyclable beach set, and kids can run the bases after the game. This special promotion saves $5 per ticket purchased.
