Pinellas County's Outstanding Educator rides in style

Returning to school a winner, Pinellas County's Outstanding Educator of 2013 Joanne Wright is applauded by fellow teachers after she arrived at Safety Harbor Middle School on Tuesday morning in a limo. The limo picked up the sixth-grade reading teacher and six co-workers at her home for the ride to school. Wright was honored in a ceremony Monday night. The arrival celebration at school was brief, though, because Florida Writes testing was also Tuesday. Her principal, Alison Kennedy, plans on having a bigger celebration at a later time.
