Elementary schools have a choice of one entree or cold sandwich and two fruits or vegetables, or salad plate meal and one fruit or vegetable. Meatless entree, chef salad and cold sandwich selection available daily. Both include choice of milk and bread or crackers and dessert when available. Menus vary at middle and high schools.

Tacos, max sticks with sauce, lettuce and tomato salad, corn, refried beans, assorted fruit and juice, whole-wheat roll, dessert.
Student involvement day: Menu to be chosen by a group of students at each individual school.
Breaded chicken, macaroni and beef, spaghetti with meat sauce, farmer's salad, sweet potatoes, romaine salad, assorted fruit and juice, whole-wheat bread, dessert.
Pizza variety, fish sandwich, tossed salad, steamed carrots, assorted fruit and juice, bread basket.
