Birds flock to Kapok Park in Clearwater

Kapok Park in Clearwater hasn't always been a playground for the birds. It was a flood-prone mobile home park before the city purchased the land in 2002 as part of a water management project that turned it into a 37-acre floodplain with 26 acres of wetland habitat.
