HART In-Towner now free to ride

HART's In-Towner is free for downtown Tampa passengers starting this month.

Board directors voted to remove the 25 cent fare during a Sept. 14 meeting. The trolley runs through various downtown Tampa streets from 6-8:30 a.m. and 3:30-6 p.m. on weekdays.
