Advertised as "Sweetwater With Your Sweetie,’’ the workshop aims to "balance, connect and harmonize the hemispheres of the brain’’ in an effort to increase brain capacity and concentration, according to a news release. Participants are asked to bring a yoga or exercise mat.

The workshop costs $5 per person. Go to tinyurl.com/yclgcusw to register.

At 2 p.m., you can take an informative and free tour of the farm. The walking tour will include information on organic agriculture, what’s in season and how the small-scale farm operates.

Bring something to drink and wear close-toed shoes. Please apply sunscreen and bug spray before you reach the farm. Supervised children and well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.

On Feb. 11, couples can spend a relaxing afternoon in a painting class at the farm with local artist Terry Klaaren. The easels, paint, brushes and canvas will be provided. Cost is $35 per person. Go to tinyurl.com/y8ohqcs4 to register.
