Body weight training can focus the body and mind

Fulmore is a group fitness instructor who recently graduated from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. “The exercises are great for your balance and abdominal muscles,” he said. “I also use them to meditate.” Fulmore does the exercises three times a week for one hour, he said.

    The child welfare system in Hillsborough County will get an additional $3 million in funding for the upcoming fiscal  year beginning July 1, according to Eckerd Kids, the agency contracted to run the system by the state.
