Mike Fulmore, 22, of Kissimmee does body weight training and calisthenics Tuesday near North Shore Park in St. Petersburg, where he was visiting a friend. Fulmore is a group fitness instructor who recently graduated from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. “The exercises are great for your balance and abdominal muscles,” he said. “I also use them to meditate.” Fulmore does the exercises three times a week for one hour, he said.
