Hillsborough school lunch menus, Aug. 25-28

Elementary breakfast

Tuesday: Mini whole-grain pancakes, ham and cheese breakfast pizza, assorted cream cheese bagel-ful.

Wednesday: Southern-style breakfast, hot oatmeal, buttermilk biscuits.

Thursday: Apple fruit turnover, egg and cheese breakfast burrito, yogurt parfait.

Friday: Breakfast scrambler, biscuit, buttermilk biscuits.

Elementary lunch

Tuesday: Mini corn dog nuggets, barbecue Cuban pork sandwich, peanut butter and jelly crustless sandwich, potato smiles, steamed broccoli, peach slices, marshmallow crispy treat.

Wednesday: Popcorn chicken, baked ziti, vegetarian munch n' dip, fresh apple slices, green beans, gelatin cubes, garlic Parmesan roll.

Thursday: Asian chicken rice bowl, nachos with cheese, turkey chef salad, tater tots, green peas, garden salad with light ranch dip, frozen fruit pop.

Friday: Assorted whole-grain pizza, meatball sub, yogurt munch n' dip, whole-kernel corn, carroteenies with light ranch dip, mixed vegetables, gelatin cubes.

Secondary breakfast

Tuesday: Mini whole-grain pancakes, ham, egg and cheese English muffin with potato triangle, cinnamon roll, buttermilk biscuits with jelly, peanut butter and jelly bar, assorted cream cheese bagel-ful, assorted cereal with graham bear, yogurt with granola.

Wednesday: Southern-style breakfast, sausage biscuit with potato triangle, cinnamon roll, buttermilk biscuits with jelly, peanut butter and jelly bar, blueberry miniloaf with cheese stick, assorted cream cheese bagel-ful, assorted cereal with graham bear, yogurt with granola.

Thursday: French toast sticks with syrup, chicken biscuit with potato triangle, cinnamon roll, buttermilk biscuits with jelly, peanut butter and jelly bar, assorted cream cheese bagel-ful, assorted cereal with graham bear, yogurt fruit parfait.

Friday: Breakfast scrambler, sausage biscuit with potato triangle, cinnamon roll, buttermilk biscuits with jelly, peanut butter and jelly bar, assorted cream cheese bagel-ful, assorted cereal with graham bear, yogurt with granola.

Secondary lunch

Tuesday: Spaghetti with meatballs, cheeseburger, grilled cheese sandwich, green peas, garlic Parmesan roll.

Wednesday: Taco salad, chicken supreme sandwich, harvest pizza, deli roaster potatoes, cinnamon apple slices.

Thursday: Asian chicken rice bowl, barbecue riblet sandwich, buffalo chicken strips, steamed broccoli, whole-grain roll.

Friday: Chicken and yellow rice casserole, chicken nuggets, pizza sticks with marinara sauce, tater tots, seasoned black beans, Cuban garlic toast.

    ST. PETERSBURG —The six runs seemed like a ton, just the second time the Rays had scored that many in a game during their numbing two-plus-weeks stretch of offensive impotency, and amazingly, the first time at the Trop in nearly two months.

    Lucas Duda connects for a two-run home run in the sixth, getting the Rays within 7-5. A Logan Morrison home run in the ninth made it 7-6, but Tampa Bay couldn’t complete the comeback.
