Jeff Roetting tests the new church bell at St. Paul's Catholic Church in St. Petersburg, after it was hoisted into place by a crane on Thursday. Cast in 1915, the bell, named "Francis," once hung in a now-closed church in Pennsylvania. The church is constructing a new bell tower around it with a brick exterior to match the church and St. Paul's school buildings. Roetting is a service technician for Verdin Bells and Clocks of Cincinnati, Ohio.
