Association of Arts and Crafts: An arts and crafts club is forming in Hernando County. There is no cost to join. The first newsletter is expected to be published before the end of May. Members can submit photos of their products by Wednesday for a free insertion with the newsletter. The goal of the group is to establish an arts and craft show on at least a monthly basis at various locations. Sponsors for the events will be sought. Hernando Audubon Society: Annual picnic, 5 p.m. May 28, Pine Island, 10800 Pine Island Drive, west of Weeki Wachee.
