The Biggest Loser star Ali Vincent showed why she's one of the biggest winners at the American Heart Association's Go Red Luncheon on Wednesday in Tampa.

Vincent, who became the reality show's first female winner after losing 122 pounds, not only spoke about losing weight and being healthy, but also shared the importance of high self-esteem and "loving yourself" to a sold-out crowd of 350, most of them women. Strong message. …
