Meets 7 p.m. Monday, Hernando County Mining Association Enrichment Center, 800 John Gary Grubbs Blvd. Colleen Werner, a Withlacoochee State Forest biologist with the Florida Forest Service, will give a presentation on rare and endangered plants in the state forest. Orchids and ferns will be a few of the plants highlighted. Also, Werner will lead a field trip on June 13 at the Annuteliga Hammock unit of the Citrus Tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest.
