Community garden plots available in Clearwater

CLEARWATER — About 10 plots are up for grabs in the Clearwater Community Garden at the corner of North Betty Lane and Grove Street.

Gardeners are able to grow whatever they choose in their plots and participate in the group activities like potluck dinners, beautification days and field trips.

There are currently 36 4-by-8-foot plots in the garden, which is open from dawn to dusk and run by a part-time manager. Those interested in claiming a plot can do so by emailing Howard Warshauer at [email protected]
