Don't expect Chiles at Crist's wedding

After he said state leaders have Florida "in the hall of shame in terms of the welfare of children," Lawton "Bud" Chiles III, it's safe to say, won't be invited to Gov. Charlie Crist's wedding Friday. But Chiles is right when he says the state overemphasized tax cuts. Amendment 1 hasn't sparked a real estate boon or meaningful relief, but it has adversely affected services. …
