'Frozen' fans rejoice: Rangers win means shows will go on at Amalie Arena

The New York Rangers Game 7 overtime victory against the Washington Capitals is good news for some Tampa fans of Disney's Frozen, though it means the Tampa Bay Lightning won't have the home-ice advantage.

Given the outcome, the Lightning will travel to New York to start the next series. And that means the Amalie Arena is available for previously scheduled performances Thursday through Sunday of Disney on Ice presents Frozen (or as the arena website gives the name: Disney On Ice presents Frozen Presented by Stonyfield YoKids Organic Yogurt).

Shows will go on as planned. That was in doubt if the Capitals had won because they would have been headed to Tampa for the start of the series.
