Dessert First has Girl Scout cookie theme

Eight chefs will create Girl Scout cookie-themed desserts at the Dessert First Adventure Bash to benefit the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida. Celebrate New Year's in November

New Year's in November, a fundraiser for Creative Clay, starts at 5:45 p.m. Saturday at the home of Philip and Michele Farley, 5030 Sunrise Drive S, St. Petersburg. Holiday Hope gala will benefit shelter

It's time for Great Chefs of Tampa Bay

Great Chefs of Tampa Bay, to benefit Family Resources, will take place at 7 p.m. Saturday at the home of John and Cathy Long, 1810 Oceanview Drive, Tierra Verde. Proceeds from an auction featuring a Charlie Parker ceramic work will go toward creating a culinary arts scholarship program in memory of chef Hook Atsavinh.
