Spring Hill Garden Club: 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nature Coast Botanical Gardens, 1489 Parker Ave. Those attending are asked to bring a breakfast dish to share and their own table service. The speaker will be Jane Maxwell, who raises earthworms and sells earthworm casting fertilizer. Club members maintain the botanical gardens and adjacent plant nursery, which is open 9 a.m. to noon Mondays and Saturdays, and also maintain the waterfall entrance to Spring Hill at Spring Hill Drive and Commercial Way.
