Veterans Day ceremony: Hosted by the Florida National Cemetery Joint Veterans Committee. The keynote speaker will be Lt. Col. Cynthia Cook, the resource manager/strategy, plans and policy directorate for U.S. Central Command. The master of ceremonies will be Brooks Garner of WFLA-Ch. 8. Patriotic music will be provided by the Tavares High School Band. Songs will be performed by Linda Burnette, Naomi McClain will perform on the bagpipes, and Gayle Williams will play taps. The Florida National Guard will give a rifle salute, and the colors will be posted. Ye Mystic Air Krewe will provide a flyover.
