Dusty Rhodes gives his “bionic elbow” to Harley Race at St. Petersburg’s Bayfront Center.

Dusty Rhodes, "The American Dream," and Kevin Sullivan will be the first guests on the debut of Talking Wrestling with Mike Graham Saturday at 6 p.m. on WHNZ-AM 1250.

Graham and co-host Tedd Webb will interview today's superstars and wrestlers from back in the day.

Graham held the National Wrestling Alliance and American Wrestling Association light heavyweight titles at the same time in the 1970s, and his father, Eddie, was the promoter for Championship Wrestling from Florida. Tampa developed into an epicenter for the sport with many wrestlers calling the bay area home and the television broadcasts with host Gordon Solie developing a cult following.

The show promises to reflect the spirit of those days when matches were staged at the Fort Homer Hesterly Armory and wrestlers such as Dory Funk, the Great Malenko and Jack and Jerry Brisco entertained fans.
