Students learn to make vases and bowls during a clay throwing workshop during one of Pasco-Hernando Community College's annual Art & Culture Week events Wednesday at its New Port Richey campus. The week, which ends Saturday, focuses on building awareness of cultural experiences through activities such as experiential painting, films, lectures and other participatory events. The activities use art and culture to enhance socialization and to relate contemporary culture to various historical and cultural artifacts.
