Q&A: Yes, Alex O'Loughlin has real tattoos

Tattoos are for real, not for roles

Does Alex O'Loughlin from Hawaii Five-0 really have those tattoos on his arms? I saw him in The Back-Up Plan and he did not have them. Are they only for his TV character?

O'Loughlin, who plays Steve McGarrett on the CBS show, is significantly inked even when not playing the crime fighter. Fans have been talking about his tattoos going back at least to his breakthrough role on the vampire drama Moonlight in 2007-08. A report on at that time said he was "inked on each forearm, on each shoulder, over his right nipple and one on his lower back." He has added additional temporary tattoos for some roles, and covered them up for others.

Catching up on Showtime series

Can you tell me when the new seasons of Episodes, Web Therapy and Curb Your Enthusiasm will start?

Showtime recently announced that Web Therapy will be back in the summer, and Episodes will return for a third season early in 2014.

Curb is on hiatus while Larry David makes a movie for HBO, though there has been no official announcement that the show will be back for a ninth season. TV Land started airing Curb reruns a couple of weeks ago.

'Leverage' is gone

I would like to know if Leverage is coming back for another season. I think it has the best story lines and actors. Parker rocks!

TNT decided in December to end the series, which starred Timothy Hutton as Nate Ford, the brains, and Beth Riesgraf as Parker, the thief. It ran for five seasons.
