It's official: Don Wallace has put his Bayshore Boulevard mansion up for sale. Realtor Toni Everett has the listing on the 13,033-square-foot Mediterranean-style home, the largest on Bayshore. The home is worth $7.5 million, according to the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser. Wallace, the founder of Lazy Days' R.V. Center, is building an even larger mansion on Lake Thonotosassa. That house will have about 27,000 square feet of liveable space, and about 40,000 total.
