Tickets on sale for chocolate festival at MOSI

TAMPA —Sure, your New Year's resolution is to go on a diet. But here comes your first big temptation.

Tickets are on sale for the Festival of Chocolate later this month at the Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa.

The Jan. 18-20 festival includes demonstrations on making chocolate creations, tasting chocolate, even icing a cake. There is a cake decorating competition, a test of trivia knowledge about chocolate and a chance for kids to learn to make chocolate lip balm, among other events.

You can buy chocolate items with the only currency accepted at the festival: chocolate coins.
