MACCLENNY — A calf with two heads has been born in North Florida.

WJXT-TV reports the two-headed calf named Annabel was born Sunday at the farm of Dwight Crews in Baker County.

Crews says this is a first for his family which has been raising cattle for more than 60 years.

The female calf has two sets of eyes, but Crews says he doesn't think the two middle eyes are seeing anything.

Annabel is being bottle-fed. Crew says when one mouth is feeding, the other mouth suckles at the same time.

The station reports Ripley's Believe It or Not has contacted the family. Ripley's says a calf born with an extra face is rare and the longest surviving two-headed cow lived about 40 days.
