Shrewd shoppers wait all year for the bargains to be found from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The women’s preservation organization has collected loads of gently-used furniture, artwork, books,housewares, china, silverware and collectibles. T he Bargain Center at the rear of the historic building is brimming with kitchen items, holiday decor, fabric, toys and electronics. Plants and flowers are sold on the verandah.
