Clearwater community garden’s new plots available for rent

CLEARWATER — The Clearwater Community Gardens project, 1277 Grove St., maintained by the Clearwater Garden Club, has expanded from 36 to 45 plots and are available for lease. The raised beds measure 4 by 8 feet and are 1 foot deep. There is compost, topsoil, mulch and seaweed available on site, and the members of the organization will supply water, tools, instruction and knowledge. The fee for the plot is $35. The project is one of the largest of its kind in Pinellas County. For more information or to lease a plot, email [email protected] or visit clearwatergardenclub.org.
