Monday

Tuesday

Hernando County Commission, 9 a.m., commission chambers, Hernando County Government Center, 20 N Main St., Brooksville. Agenda: Discussion of a special-use permit allowing gun sales out of a home in a residential neighborhood; resolution on the November mosquito control referendum.

Hernando County Metropolitan Planning Organization, community transit workshop, 10 a.m., Pasco-Hernando Community College, Spring Hill Campus, Building B-105, 450 Beverly Court, Spring Hill. The MPO will then meet at 1:30 p.m. in the commission chambers at the Hernando County Government Center, 20 N Main St., Brooksville. Meeting agenda: Election of MPO officers and committee appointments.

Wednesday

    A Port Richey woman was arrested Tuesday, nearly three years after deputies say she gave birth to a child fathered by an 11-year-old boy.
