Pinellas military graduations and training

Army Pfc. Steven C. Joyce, son of Mike Joyce of South Pasadena and grandson of Vera Genua of Mount Vision, N.Y., has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla., as an honor graduate and received a letter of commendation. Joyce, a health care specialist, is assigned to the Alpha Battery, 1st Battalion, 19th Field Artillery at Fort Sill.

Army Pvt. Christopher A. Green, son of George Lentine of St. Petersburg, has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Green is a 2010 graduate of Dixie Hollins High School.

Army Pvt. Alex M. Haisch, son of William Haisch of St. Petersburg and Pi Halcott of Milford, Conn., has graduated from the Infantryman One Station Unit Training at Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga. Haisch is a 2010 graduate of Dixie Hollins High School.

Army Pvt. Isaiah M. White, son of Wendy Clarke of St. Petersburg, has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla. White is a 2009 graduate of Dixie Hollins High School.

Navy Seaman Recruit James L. Vann, son of James L. Vann of St. Petersburg, has graduated from U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.
