Hopes dim for finding mudslide survivors

Associated Press

A rescue worker walks through the scene of the deadly mudslide Thursday in Oso, Wash., one of hundreds searching a sixth day for victims. Officials warned the death toll will rise substantially "very, very soon." Sixteen bodies have been recovered, and at least nine more have been found. Ninety people are confirmed missing. Researchers say seismic signals show there were two major slides about four minutes apart Saturday, and smaller slides continued for days.
