Cleanup needs volunteers: Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful is recruiting volunteers to assist in removing litter and debris during the 25th Annual Hillsborough River and Coastal Cleanup. The cleanup starts at 9 a.m. Oct. 20 at various sites along the Hillsborough River, Alafia River and other waterways. A Rollin' on the River Rally will follow the cleanup at Lowry Park.
