Artist Dee Sabean of St. Petersburg draws a chalk mural of her granddaughter on Friday afternoon for the annual arts festival Chalk Walk in Hyde Park Village in Tampa this weekend. "It's not easy to draw with an audience," Sabean said. This year about 50 artists will be competing in Chalk Walk for more than $3,000 in prizes.

The Florida Highway Patrol confirmed the death late Tuesday, but deferred any further information pending an investigation. He was 62.

    A 20-year-old Gibsonton man was indicted on federal charges after authorities said he repeatedly sent child pornography to a news anchor for Bay News 9.
