Apartment, retail complex coming?

Developers want to build 240 upscale apartments and 90,000 square feet of retail space where Lakeside Mobile Home Park was at the corner of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard and Belcher Road. But, some wonder, is it the right time and the right fit for an already-congested area?
