Early voting for Aug. 24 primary starts today in Hillsborough County

Early voting for the Aug. 24 primary election begins today and runs through Aug. 21.

There are 14 early voting locations in Hills­borough County and seven in Pasco County. All sites are open Monday through Saturday during the hours indicated:

Hillsborough County Government Center, 601 E Kennedy Blvd., 26th floor, Tampa (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Robert L. Gilder Elections Service Center, 2514 N Falkenburg Road, Tampa (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Bloomingdale Regional Public Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

College Hill Branch Library, 2607 E Drive Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Tampa (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

Jan Kaminis Platt Regional Library, 3910 S Manhattan Ave., Tampa (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

Jimmie B. Keel Regional Library, 2902 W Bearss Ave., Tampa (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

Absentee ballots/vote by mail

To vote absentee or by mail, a ballot can be requested by calling (813) 272-5850 or by visiting the Hillsborough supervisor of elections website at votehillsborough.org. Requests for absentee ballots must be received by 5 p.m. Aug. 18.

In Pasco, locations will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays:

• East Pasco Government Center, 14236 Sixth St., Dade City.

Land O'Lakes Branch Library, 2818 Collier Parkway, Land O'Lakes.

Hudson Regional Library, 8012 Library Road, Hudson.

New River Branch Library, 34043 State Road 54, Zephyrhills.

West Pasco Government Center, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey.

Village Market of Wesley Chapel, 5325 Village Market, Wesley Chapel.

South Holiday Branch Library, 4649 Mile Stretch Drive, Holiday.
