Clearwater woman dies after losing control of SUV, flipping in Palm Harbor

A Clearwater woman died early Tuesday morning when she lost control of her SUV and crashed in Palm Harbor, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Brekke Inez Cramer, 27, was heading southbound on Belcher Road just north of Curlew Road in a 2001 Mazda Tribute around 3 a.m. when she lost control on a curve, troopers said.

Cramer struck a guardrail, then traveled back across the roadway and ran into the other guardrail along the northbound shoulder before flipping, troopers said.
