A woman crashed Sunday night while driving in the wrong direction on Belcher Road, hurting herself and another driver.
Bonnie Blanchard, 50, drove north in a southbound lane of Belcher Road and hit 31-year-old Demetrios Lianidis, according to officials. Blanchard drove over a median and hit Lianidis' SUV near the intersection of Sunset Point Road.
Blanchard was flown to Bayfront Medical Center with serious injuries, and Lianidis was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital with minor injuries.
All lanes of Belcher Road were closed at 6:30 p.m. for about an hour and a half.
