Crash leaves car overturned near 94th Avenue N, MLK in St. Petersburg

A serious crash at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. and 94th Avenue N blocked two lanes of traffic early Tuesday.

Bay News 9 traffic reporter Chuck Henson said the crash occurred just before 7 a.m when a driver suffered a medical emergency and the vehicle overturned, landing between 94th and 95th avenues near St. Luke's Cataract and Laser Institute. Two people were pulled from the vehicle, Henson said.

Few delays were reported, but parts of Gandy Boulevard near the crash were moving slowly, Henson said.
