BROOKSVILLE — The driver of a 1997 Honda Civic lost control of his car Saturday night and crashed, resulting in his death, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The driver, Jeremy M. McDonald, 29, of Dade City was the only occupant. The patrol said his car overturned and he was ejected. He wasn't wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the patrol.
McDonald was traveling south on County Road 484, also known as Mondon Hill Road, around 9 p.m. when the crash occurred just west of the Hill 'n Dale community east of Brooksville.
