A Holiday man suffered minor injuries after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver early Thursday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Troopers say Brenton Carl Bail, 25, was walking southbound on the right shoulder of Sentinel Street in Holiday, just south of Panorama Avenue, around midnight.

At the same time a car, only described as a black sedan, struck Bail and fled the scene, the FHP said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the FHP or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477).
