Hudson woman dies after being hit by pickup truck

HUDSON — A 26-year-old woman died early Wednesday after she was hit by a pickup truck while walking on a residential street in Hudson, authorities said.

Crystal Victoria Ingalls was walking north on Potterton Circle near Strone Way about 12:14 a.m. when a 2014 GMC Sierra approached heading south, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The driver, Paul Anthony Levy, 31, of Spring Hill, did not see Ingalls walking and ran into her, troopers said. Ingalls, of Hudson, was taken to Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, where she died.
