WESLEY CHAPEL — A medical helicopter rushed a 65-year-old man to St. Joseph's Hospital after he fell off of an all-terrain vehicle Friday night.
At 9 p.m., rescue workers from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office went to 29628 Wells Road because of a report that a man had hit a bump and fell off of an ATV in the roadway, a spokesman said Friday night. The man had serious injuries, including to his head.
Deputies shut down a nearby road so the medical helicopter could land. The sheriff's office did not identify the man Friday night.
