Tampa motorcyclist killed in crash on I-75

WESLEY CHAPEL — A 43-year-old motorcyclist died Sunday night in a crash on Interstate 75.

Marc Shawn Glasgow of Tampa was heading south on the interstate in the inside lane about 7:40 p.m., according to the Florida Highway Patrol. He lost control of the 2004 Kawasaki and went into the center grass median, striking the guardrail.

Troopers said Glasgow was thrown from the bike and died at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
