ST. PETERSBURG — Traffic was backed up Thursday morning along 54th Avenue N after a garbage truck flipped, spilling trash across the road.
Westbound lanes were closed between 40th and 49th streets N, officials said. Significant traffic backups were expected.
Alternate routes were 62nd Avenue N and 38th Avenue N.
