Southbound traffic moving again on Howard Frankland bridge after truck mishap

The southbound lanes of the Howard Frankland Bridge have reopened after being blocked by an overturned dump truck carrying a load of rocks midday Tuesday.

Three lanes of traffic snarled around 11 a.m. when the accident occurred. Emergency crews needed more than an hour to clear the scene and traffic remained backed up for some time.
