Ten months after he allegedly rolled his car, causing three passengers to fly out of their seats and suffer serious injuries, a Tarpon Springs man was arrested Wednesday and charged with three counts of reckless driving with serious bodily injury, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Cody Ziegler, 19, was arrested at his home about 7:15 p.m. following an investigation that involved several interviews with witnesses and a full accident reconstruction, deputies said.

He allegedly was speeding northbound on Belcher Road in Dunedin on Dec. 6 of last year. When Ziegler changed lanes to pass a car, he quickly ran up on a truck pulling an arrow sign on a trailer, according to authorities. He then reportedly tried to switch lanes again, but the back of his 2002 Ford Sport Track hit the trailer, and his vehicle fishtailed, according to the sheriff's office.

Ziegler was not hurt, authorities said, but his three passengers were.
